Many of our customers start their relationship with us by asking if they get all the rights to their logo. Here is a quick summary of the legalese… “you do,” and if for some reason you cannot trademark or copyright the logo due to a similarity in an already registered trademark, we will go back and change yours; free of charge as needed for any type of compliance you require. Done – so easy, we are in the business of creating you a logo, not us. It’s yours, see? The principal tenets of this form also apply to the other forms of design we do such as business card and stationery design.

Logonomic Inc. Completed Artwork Intellectual, and Copyright Transfer Statement:
This form details the transfer of copyright for the logo
design purchased by the client from Logonomic Inc.
Upon completion and selection of the final artwork Logonomic relinquishes all
personal and professional usage and moral rights to the logo design hired created. we reserve to use your logo design in our own portfolio, unless confidentiality is specifically requested by the client.
This agreement also includes the transfer of rights to any
variations of the logo previously agreed and supplied as part of the
initial proposal. Example of these variations could include: multiple color versions,
size and dimensional variations – landscape and portrait, etc…
Logonomic Inc. does not provide legal services and is not responsible for trademarking, or copyrighting of the design. If the design is found to be too close to an existing design which prevents trademark or copyright, Logonomic Inc. will provide modification of the design to bring it into compliance.
Logonomic Inc. owns all original logo concepts produced but not chosen as the final design. Any and all applicable rights of ownership and usage regarding the chosen final artwork are transferred to the client for their immediate use.
